Visits are welcome. Arrange one in advance so the machine you want to see is set up and printing when you arrive.
What to include in your message
- The substrate — fabric, film, acrylic, tile, metal, or a mix.
- The maximum print size you need in millimetres or metres.
- Typical job size and how many square metres or pieces per shift.
- What happens after printing: lamination, mounting, cutting, sealing, or direct installation.
- The power supply available at your site.
Common questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
One unit. A single machine is quoted the same way as a repeat order, and machines are sold factory direct.
Why is there no price on the site?
Because the price depends on the build: printhead family, ink configuration, RIP, format and the custom options you choose. A published number for one configuration would be wrong for the next one, so every machine is quoted from the specification you need.
Can you build a non-standard size?
Yes. The custom line covers non-standard and super-large-format machines, published as 5 × 8 m format capacity, quoted from your substrate and maximum print size.
Which file formats and RIP do you support?
Bitmap, TIFF, QuarkXPress, JPEG, EPS and PDF, processed through Ruiyin, PrintFactory, ColorGate RIP or PhotoPrint with ICC profiles.
