What Hanray builds
Hanray builds industrial UV digital printing equipment: belt printers in the 2208, 2512 and 3318 format classes, flatbed printers in the 1216, 2513 and 3220 format classes, and a custom line for non-standard and super-large-format machines published as 5 × 8 m capacity.
The two flagship machines are documented in full on this site: the HR2208E belt printer at 2,200 mm print width and the HR2513G flatbed printer at 2,500 mm. Read those pages if you want the actual specification rather than a brochure summary.
Where the machine starts
Hanray runs both a machining centre and a sheet-metal fabrication shop. The machine structure begins there rather than in a bought-in frame, and that is the practical difference between this factory and a trading company that rebadges somebody else’s cabinet.
Machines are quoted and shipped factory direct. There is no trading layer between the workshop and your purchase order, and no container minimum: a single unit is a normal order.
In house
A machining centre and a sheet-metal fabrication shop, both owned by the company.
One unit
Minimum order quantity of one machine, quoted the same way as a repeat order.
Custom
Non-standard formats, including the 5 × 8 m custom line.

How a machine is specified
Two machines with the same model number can print very differently, because three decisions change the build:
- Printhead. Epson i3200 or B200, Ricoh G5 or G6, Konica Minolta 1024i or 1024A.
- Ink set. CMYK with light cyan, light magenta, light black, light-light black, plus white and varnish, in flexible, neutral or rigid UV ink.
- RIP and colour management. Ruiyin, PrintFactory, ColorGate RIP or PhotoPrint, driven by ICC profiles.
Resolution is selectable at 720 × 900, 720 × 1200 and 720 × 1800 dpi, and curing is a water-cooled LED UV system — the water loop keeps the lamp assembly from heating thin film and heat-sensitive board as it passes.
What to send with an inquiry
A quotation is only as good as the four answers behind it. Tell us the substrate you print, the maximum print size you need, how many pieces or square metres you run per shift, and what happens to the print afterwards — lamination, mounting, cutting, or straight to the wall.
Where we are
The factory is in Huangpi District, Wuhan, Hubei, China. If you are planning a factory visit, contact sales first so the machines you want to see are set up and running when you arrive.
