HR2513G UV Flatbed Printer

The HR2513G is the 2513 format class of the Hanray magnetic-levitation flatbed platform. A flatbed holds the substrate still and moves the gantry over it, which is the right arrangement for rigid work: acrylic, composite panel, tile, coated metal and printed board that cannot be fed from a roll.

Print width is 2,500 mm. The head configuration is chosen when the machine is ordered — Epson B200, Ricoh G5 or G6, or Konica Minolta 1024i or 1024A — and that choice determines the colour set, the droplet size and the practical output for your work.

Curing is water-cooled LED UV, and the ink is imported eco-friendly UV ink in flexible, neutral or rigid formulation with a ten-channel set: cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, light black, light-light black, white and varnish. White and varnish are what make transparent acrylic and coloured board printable as finished signage rather than as a film that has to be laminated afterwards.

Resolution is selectable at 720 × 900, 720 × 1200 and 720 × 1800 dpi, with published output of 20 to 30 m² per hour. Files are processed through Ruiyin, PrintFactory, ColorGate RIP or PhotoPrint with ICC profiles, from a Windows 7 or Windows 10 64-bit workstation.

The machine measures 4482 × 2160 × 1425 mm and weighs 1500 kg, so it needs a level floor and a door wide enough for the crate. One unit is a normal order and the price is quoted factory direct.
