Hanray designs and manufactures large-format UV flatbed and belt printers for sign makers, interior decor printers and industrial print shops. Chassis, gantry and sheet-metal work are produced in house, so machine format and configuration are quoted against your substrate and production volume.

Hanray runs its own machining centre and sheet-metal fabrication shop. That is where the machine structure begins, which is also why a single unit and a custom format are both normal orders.

What is actually inside the machine
The specification sheet is the honest description of a printer. These are the subsystems specified across the Hanray range, and the two flagship machines side by side.
Magnetic-levitation motion
Hanray belt printers (2208 / 2512 / 3318) and flatbed printers (1216 / 2513 / 3220) are built on a magnetic-levitation motion platform.
Water-cooled LED UV curing
Ink is cured by a water-cooled LED UV system, which keeps heat away from thin film and heat-sensitive boards.
Epson, Ricoh or Konica printheads
Printhead configuration is quoted per machine: Epson i3200, Ricoh G5 or G6, or Konica Minolta 1024i / 1024A.
Extended-gamut ink set
CMYK plus light cyan, light magenta, light black, light-light black, white and varnish, in flexible, neutral or rigid UV ink.
