HR2208E Hybrid UV Printer

The HR2208E is the 2208 format class of the Hanray magnetic-levitation belt platform. Belt machines carry roll media and rigid boards on the same table, which is why a signage shop can print backlit textile in the morning and a stack of composite panels in the afternoon without changing machine.

The print width is 2,200 mm and the head carriage is specified at order. Epson i3200, Ricoh G5 or G6 and Konica Minolta 1024i or 1024A heads are all offered, and each combination changes the droplet size, the colour count and the achievable output. The factory quotes the machine against the work you actually take in, not against a single fixed bill of materials.

Curing is a water-cooled LED UV system. That matters on thin film, banner material and any board that distorts when it is warmed, because the cooling loop keeps the lamp assembly from heating the substrate as it passes. Ink is imported eco-friendly UV ink, available in flexible, neutral and rigid formulations, in a ten-channel set: cyan, magenta, yellow, black, light cyan, light magenta, light black, light-light black, white and varnish.

Resolution is selectable at 720 × 900, 720 × 1200 and 720 × 1800 dpi, and published output is 20 to 30 m² per hour depending on head and job. Files come from Ruiyin, PrintFactory, ColorGate RIP or PhotoPrint, with ICC profiles controlling colour. The machine runs from a Windows 7 or Windows 10 64-bit workstation over high-speed USB or Gigabit Ethernet.

There is no minimum order quantity. A single machine is quoted the same way as a repeat production order, because the printer is built and shipped by the factory that fabricates its structure.
